RotoClone® N Wet Dust Collectors
The RotoClone® N is AAF’s most versatile wet dust collector, and its design has solved thousands of dust collection problems in facilities around the world. It needs no compressed air, replacement cartridges, or fabric bags, and it handles hot, moist gas streams and sticky or explosive dusts with no moving parts, aside from the optional sludge ejector.
Three arrangements match the unit to your dust load. Arrangement B suits light loads with manual sludge removal, Arrangement C adds an automatic sludge ejector for moderate to heavy loads and 24-hour service, and Arrangement D continuously sluices collected material for chemical, mining, and rock products applications. Common uses include machining, blasting, foundry work, woodworking, plastics and rubber processing, and pharmaceutical tablet coating.
RotoClone® W Wet Dust Collectors
The RotoClone® W is a compact wet collector built for applications where traditional dry filtration can’t deliver a cost-effective result, including explosive dusts, oil, grease, sticky or hygroscopic dust, and humid airstreams. A fine water mist captures even the finest particles, while a rotating impeller uses centrifugal force to drive contaminants into a water film, where they drain away as slurry.
Because no dust cake builds up on a filter, collection efficiency is immediate and airflow stays consistent. The RotoClone W comes in 12 sizes, with straight, 90-degree, or centrifugal outlets, stainless steel and food-quality construction options, and NFPA-certified configurations for explosive applications. It is well suited to bulk material handling, packaging, drying and mixing, and commercial kitchen and industrial fryer exhaust.
RotoClone® LVN Ultra Wet Dust Collectors
The RotoClone® LVN Ultra is a compact, economical wet dust collector designed for air volumes up to 8,000 CFM. It cleans air through centrifugal force and thorough mixing of water and dust-laden air, and in most applications it allows plant air to be recirculated, which helps conserve energy.
Because water is the filtration medium, the LVN Ultra is an inherently safe, NFPA 484 compliant option for explosive light metal dusts such as aluminum, titanium, and magnesium, without additional explosion protection equipment. Standard features include a top-mounted fan with an integral silencer for OSHA-compliant noise levels, automatic water level controls, automatic shutdown if the water supply is interrupted, stainless steel mist eliminators, and a factory-installed NEMA 12 control panel. Typical applications include grinding, sanding, polishing, deburring, cutting, and shot blasting.

Water captures the dust as it enters the unit, so it is collected as a wet slurry instead of building up as a dry, combustible layer inside the system.
