Dust Collection
Donaldson Torit dust collectors efficiently remove airborne contaminants with advanced filtration media like Ultra-Web nanofiber technology. We design systems that include the following collectors:

Ultra-Web technology uses a proprietary electrospinning process to create a continuous fiber net that is fine enough to trap submicron fume particles on its surface. This prevents clogging, which improves airflow, extends the filter’s operational life, and achieves a MERV 13 efficiency rating.
Mist Collection
Airborne mist is frequently generated during industrial applications such as machining, grinding, and metalworking. Donaldson Torit mist collectors operate with Donaldson-developed Synteq™ XP media technology, which separates and drains liquid droplets from mist-laden air.
This technology adapts to water-soluble coolants, straight oils, and oily smoke. We design systems that use WSO, modular, compact, and machine-mountable collectors to remove and reclaim moisture from a variety of processes. Mist collection systems keep the work environment cleaner, prevent slippery surfaces, and protect equipment from moisture-related damage.
Direct-Drive Airflow Solutions
Donaldson Torit direct-drive fans move air through filtration units without belts and pulleys. This design reduces maintenance requirements and improves reliability as there are fewer components prone to wear and failure. Models include:

These products are available in a range of horsepower sizes and feature computer-balanced fan and motor assemblies that promote vibration-free operation. These fans mount directly to the clean-air plenums of dust collectors and are simple to install in spaces with smaller footprints.
