WSO Mist Collectors
The Donaldson Torit® WSO mist collector is the only system capable of filtering three types of mist—water, smoke, and oil—using a simple filter swap. This versatile collector offers three specialized filter solutions to effectively handle water-soluble coolant, straight oil, and even the most challenging oily smoke. Powered by innovative Synteq™ XP Media Technology, the WSO delivers superior drainage, reducing pressure drop and extending filter life. Its adaptable design allows for quick filter changes, promoting more efficient operation, cost savings, and improved air quality in your facility.
Modular MediaFilter™ Vertical & Horizontal Collectors
High-performance mist collectors engineered to effectively filter mist, smoke, and dust from processes such as wet grinding, wet machining, soldering, brazing, die casting, and other metalworking applications. Donaldson’s Modular MediaFilter™ mist collector systems utilize a three-stage filtration process to efficiently capture and remove airborne contaminants generated by these operations. The vertical model is a floor-mount mist collector for large airflows. The horizontal collector comes in a space-saving ceiling-mount design.
Mini Mist
The Donaldson Torit® Mini-Mist is specifically designed for CNC machining, grinding, turning, milling, and drilling operations, effectively capturing coolant mists, including oil, water-soluble, and synthetic mists. With a compact design, the Mini-Mist is available in two models: the MM 500, ideal for light-duty applications, and the MM 1200, designed for machines requiring higher airflow or applications that demand both mist and smoke collection.
Centrifugal
The Donaldson Torit® Centrifugal is a compact, machine-mountable mist collector designed to capture, filter, and reclaim mist produced by machines using oil-based, synthetic, semi-synthetic, or water-soluble coolants.
